Special Prayer Request
Hello Ladies,
In my 9 - 5 job, I am an Event Planner. I am sending out a request for all of you prayer warriors to pray for one of my clients.
Washita and Lawrence had a beautiful wedding planned for last Saturday.
Four weeks ago, Lawrence went to the doctor for some tests because he had not been feeling well for a while. His test results came back with Lymphoma Cancer. He was admitted to the hospital immediately and they did surgery to remove 2 lymph nodes. They remained very optimistic and all indications were that the wedding plans would move forward as planned even though Lawrence would have to remain in the hospital for treatments. I met with Washita several times over the last few weeks and each time she was very optimistic in spite of the worry and stress she was dealing with while Lawrence was still in the hospital. Each time a date was given for his release from the hospital, the day would come and go and he remained in the hospital.
As of last Monday, Washita was making final plans for their special day and had been told he would probably be released on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday Lawrence was moved to ICU, on Wednesday his sister called to see if we had the following Saturday available at our facility because Lawrence was not going to be released from the hospital. We reassured them that we would give them what ever date they needed and the most important thing was Lawrence's health and recovery.
On Thursday, we received a call that the Doctor's had told the family that he probably would not make it through another 7 days! The family is devastated and already grieving with this news. Please lift Washita, their 2 daughters, and their families in prayer as this celebration of their blessed union now takes this heartbreaking turn.
Please pray for me that I will have the right words for Washita to help her through this time.

This is very sad...I had a difficult time swallowing the last statement the doctor made...
I am in prayer for Washita and Lawrence right now.

I am praying as well,
Maybe someone should suggest getting married right in the hospital...what they wanted (and needed) was a marital covenant.....not the party part that goes along with it. This way, they can have peace during this process with that part and continue to love each other as husband and wife.

This is a wonderful prayer request.
I will stand with in prayer. John 14:14. When you ask anything in my name I will do it. Amen!. In Jesus Name, the healing will take place & the spirit of fear will disappear in the lives of Washita and Lawrence.

Remember nothing is too big for God! What he wants us to do is pray big and bold prayers and to believe and receive it before we get what we need! Our needs are met by God because he is our source for all things!! God can heal him don't depend on World's system but God's System which says Seek ye first the kingdom of God. Put Him first and see what will happen. We have authority for sickness and disease because he gave us that authority. Sickness and disease are not in heaven so we have to bind and loosen it out of our lives.on earth.
